Delete your account
In the iPhone app, open the Account screen and tap Delete account. On the website, open the account menu (your name, top right) and choose Delete account.
It happens straight away: your account and everything Tightcut keeps for it are deleted, and a plan bought on the website ends. A subscription bought in the iPhone app is billed by Apple and doesn't end with your account, so cancel it first (below).
Cancel a subscription
- Bought in the iPhone app: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Tightcut, and cancel it there.
- Bought on the website: open the account menu (your name, top right), choose Billing, and cancel it there.
Either way, your plan stays until the end of the period you've paid for.
Restore purchases
Subscribed in the iPhone app but don't see your plan, on a new iPhone say? Open the app's Account screen and tap Restore Purchases, with your iPhone signed in to the Apple Account you subscribed with.
Reset your password
On the log in screen, in the app or on the website, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and open the link in the email we send you. Pick a new password on the page it opens. If you started in the app, go back to the app and log in with it.
If you sign in with Google or Apple, there's no Tightcut password to reset: use the same button again.
The rules for using Tightcut are in the Terms of Service, and what it does with your data is in the Privacy Policy.
